- Cleanse face with warm water, making sure to dampen nose with water
- Using clean, dry hands, remove nose strip from packaging and remove transparent protective lining.
- Apply the strip, smooth sides down and over nose.
- Leave for 10-15 mins, until strip has stiffened
- Starting from the edge, gently peel off strip and wash off remaining residue
