The eyeliner glides on easily. I'm assuming the applicator is silicone, it's not a brush, and was very easy to apply and control the line. I wish I could buy these applicators somewhere. The eyeliner itself is very pretty however, it flakes off like most metallic eyeliners I've tried.

I got Milky Way because it looked very purple and violet on the website, however when applied it was more of a royal blue color. Applies beautifully and I love the shimmer/sparkle, but wished it was more of a true purple.
